Bill Porter

Bill is an independent Physiotherapist providing physiotherapy services at the Mitchell Clinic location in Canberra. He has experience working with active individuals, sporting populations, people managing persistent pain, and those looking to improve their health, performance, and quality of life through evidence-based physiotherapy and rehabilitation.

With a background in physiotherapy, strength training, and coaching, Bill combines practical rehabilitation strategies with an understanding of behaviour change, psychology, and long-term health outcomes. His approach focuses on helping people not only recover from injury but also develop sustainable habits that support ongoing performance and wellbeing.

Bill has extensive experience in strength and conditioning environments and is actively involved in Olympic weightlifting as both an athlete and coach. He currently serves as Head Coach of Weightlifting at RealFitt Weightlifting Club, where he works with athletes ranging from beginners through to competitive lifters.
