The Facility
Located inside CrossFit SFS in Hume ACT, our clinic operates within a purpose-built 1200m² training facility designed to support every stage of rehabilitation and performance. Alongside a private consultation room in the reception area, clients have access to a fully equipped gym floor featuring free weights, resistance machines, cardio equipment, rowers, ski ergs, assault bikes, and an indoor track. This environment allows us to bridge the gap between treatment and real-world movement, giving athletes, post-operative patients, and everyday individuals the space and equipment needed to restore confidence, build strength, and return to activity with purpose.
Where Are We?
Located inside CrossFit SFS in Hume ACT, our clinic is easy to access from across Canberra. If travelling via Tuggeranong Parkway, continue onto the Monaro Highway and take the Hume exit toward Sheppard Street. If coming from Jerrabomberra, follow Canberra Avenue onto the Monaro Highway before taking the Hume turnoff. CrossFit SFS is located within Hume’s industrial precinct with convenient on-site parking available. Once inside the facility, you’ll find our clinic room located in the reception area of Crossfit SFS, with direct access to the gym floor and rehabilitation space used for strength, conditioning, and return-to-performance programs.
